They can be level and stable on uneven surfaces because the feet are adjustable and the base can be anchored to the ground or walkway with a lag bolt or similar hardware.

WeatherGard® Series Containers are practical for users and workers alike. Less than 33" high, both receptacles are ADA compliant so they’re perfect for municipalities, parks, and hospitality facilities. And they’re easy for workers to maintain. The lid is secured to the container with a steel cable to help prevent misplacement or theft. The 20 or 32 gallon heavy-duty Brute® Liners have molded-in handles so lifting and emptying is quick and effortless.
